Keeping your rental home properly maintained is a top priority! If you have a problem or concern with your rental property, we’re available to help. We’re dedicated to responding to your work order in a timely manner getting your concern resolved fast.

Sign in to your tenant portal to complete a maintenance request. When you submit a maintenance request within normal business hours, we will respond to your work order the same day. You can make a request for maintenance online, by phone 704-938-7368 or in person at our office. Create An Account

When you move in to your new rental property, your tenant portal is activated with the email address given on the rental application. If you need to create a new account, contact our office or send us an email with your property address, name on the lease agreement, and the email address you want to use for the account.
