Effortless Rental Application
Finding the Perfect Home for Rent is as Easy as 1, 2, 3… MOVE! Applying for your Concord & Kannapolis house rentals shouldn’t be hard! At American Property Managers, we’ve designed a 3-step process to make it fast and easy to get you the keys to your next home.
Submit Application
Apply online, or in person with ease! In addition to filling out a brief application form, you’ll be asked to submit a non-refundable application fee, a copy of your driver’s license, and your two most-recent pay stubs. Then, you’ll be on your way toward making your move into your new rental home. Apply Now
Application Review
Once we have all of your information we will process your application. Click below for information about our screening requirements. Within 2 – 3 business days, you’ll hear from us with the results of your application.
Approval
As soon as you’re approved, you’ll be ready to sign your lease! Your approved application is good for 30 days. Setup an appointment to bring in two certified checks or money orders. One will be used for your security deposit, and the other will be used for any prorated rents or pet fees. You should also bring in documentation that shows the utilities have been transferred to you. If you’re not sure what this is, please contact us for details.
